The mattress is decent if I’m lying in the middle, but the edge support is disappointing. Any time I sit on the side, it sinks so much that I feel like I’m about to slide off. I reached out about it too, but the email replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of actual people, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not really happy with it

The mattress was fine in the beginning, so I didn’t think much of it. But once it started feeling a little uneven, I figured the warranty would be there for that kind of thing. Turns out it wasn’t nearly as straightforward as I expected, and dealing with customer service made me feel like I had to prove everything twice.

They asked for pictures and measurements, which I get, but every time I sent something in, there seemed to be another reason it didn’t qualify. Maybe it’s all buried in the fine print, but it left a bad taste. I’m skeptical of customer service claims now, because it felt more like they were looking for a way out than actually trying to help...

I thought the financing part was going to be a whole headache, but then, surprise, it was actually super easy. We got approved quickly, the payments were manageable, and it ended up making everything doable for us with no stress

I know mattresses work differently for everyone, so I’m not saying this is a bad one. It actually seems well made. But for me, it just didn’t do much for my lower back pain. I gave it a few weeks because I didn’t want to judge it too fast, but it still feels too firm and I’m waking up stiff most mornings. For the price, I was really hoping for more relief, so yeah, I’m a bit disappointed.

I ended up needing to return the mattress because it just didn’t work for me comfort-wise. i expected the return process to be annoying, but it was really straightforward. Customer service got back to me quickly, explained exactly what to do, and the refund went through without any hassle. The biggest plus was not having to chase anyone down or deal with extra stress.

The delivery was a whole ordeal. The mattress was late, I got zero real updates, and for days it just seemed to be sitting somewhere in delivery limbo. I kept checking like this was some kind of suspense drama, but nope, still no mattress. Super frustrating experience.

My husband tosses and turns a lot, and I used to feel every single move. I was, i was waking up constantly. With this mattress, I barely notice it anymore. I’m sleeping so much better now and really wish we had bought it sooner.

The mattress itself is really comfortable, so no complaints there. But I wasn’t expecting it to be this tall — like, I climbed into bed and kind of laughed because it felt higher than my old setup by a lot. Maybe it’s the base I have too, I don’t know, but the overall height is definitely more than I pictured. Still comfy, just something to keep in mind.

I was looking for a mattress that was actually firm and wouldn’t start sinking in after a few nights. The Big Fig is definitely on the firmer side, which is what I wanted, but uh, it still has enough give that it doesn’t feel like I’m sleeping on a board.
It took me about three nights to really get used to it, but now I’m sleeping a lot better and I’m not waking up with my back feeling off. If you’re into super soft beds, this probably won’t be your thing, but for me the firmness feels just right.

I gave the sleep trial a shot, but it ended up not being the right fit for me, so I returned it. The return process did work out in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Communication felt impersonal too, like I was just a ticket number waiting in a queue instead of an actual customer. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as smooth or helpful as I hoped

For me, this mattress just feels kind of flat and lifeless. There isn’t much bounce at all, and when I shift around, it takes a little while to respond. If you like a more responsive mattress, I don’t think this one is a great value.

I’ve had my Big Fig mattress for a little over a year now, and weirdly, I was just thinking about it the other day while changing the sheets, still no sagging, no odd dips, nothing like that. It feels just as solid as when I first got it. I’ve had mattresses start to give out way faster than this, so I’m happy with how it’s held up...

I bought the Big Fig because, as a heavier guy, I was tired of regular mattresses starting to sag way too soon. Who wants to spend good money just to end up sleeping in a dip again, right? This one definitely feels sturdy, and I don’t sink into it like I did with my old mattress, which is a big plus. That said, it was firmer than I expected, and it took me a while to get used to it. Shipping was fine, nothing exciting, but no real issues either. I’m keeping it for now, but would I call it amazing? Not quite. It’s good, just maybe not perfect for me.

The mattress is definitely solid and supportive, so I can’t complain much there. It feels comfortable overall, but it does sleep hotter than I was hoping. A few nights a week I wake up feeling too warm, even when I use lighter sheets. For what I paid, I kind of expected it to breathe a little better. It’s not a bad mattress by any means, and I’ve definitely had worse, but the heat makes it hard to fully love it. I’d give it 3 stars because the comfort is there, but the warmth is annoying

This mattress is just SO heavy. I knew it was going to be big, but getting it from the front door to the bedroom felt like a full workout and not in a good way.

Trying to rotate it is even worse. I can’t really do it by myself, and even my partner has a hard time with it. Even changing the sheets is annoying because lifting the corners takes actual effort.
Maybe some people won’t mind, but for me the weight kind of ruined the whole experience. If you move a lot or need to handle your mattress on your own, i’d definitely think twice.

It fit my old foundation just fine and I didn’t run into any issues. For what I needed, I’d say it was a solid buy.

I’ve been using this mattress for a little while now, and I don’t feel stuck in it at all. Rolling over and getting out of bed is much easier than it was with my old mattress, which I really appreciate. So far, it feels comfortable and supportive, and I’m really happy with the purchase.
